Stay at the manor

Our Accommodations

Choose our inn over an impersonal hotel for your vacation, romantic getaway, or business destination in Durham, NC.

A boutique lodging choice

An amazing Colonial Revival-style mansion in the Research Triangle Park Area.

Morehead Manor Bed and Breakfast is the ideal Durham lodging choice for your visit to the North Carolina Research Triangle Park Area.

Highly regarded as one of the largest high-tech research and development parks in the world, the RTP was named for the three major research universities: Duke University, NC State University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and their three anchor cities: Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, respectively.

Our boutique hotel offers one suite and four guest rooms, all of which are located on the second floor of the inn. Each room includes its own private bath, as well as luxury bedding and linens.

The common areas – Preston’s Parlor, Jacob’s Library, and the Pecan Dining Room – encourage relaxation or conversation. The hammock and swings in the rear garden beckon guests to sit back and have some relaxing “me time.” Our newly installed Bocce court with patio and firepit area offer guests another place to gather outdoors.

Five private rooms

Rooms with character.

In addition to the pleasing attraction of yester-year, Morehead Manor Bed and Breakfast is equipped with modern amenities to which recurring guests have grown accustomed. Grandeur and detailed craftsmanship are showcased throughout the house. Warm jewel tones and comfortable furniture welcome you to escape the stress and demands of daily life. Our accommodations also provide space to meet with associates, host corporate retreats, private dinners, holiday gatherings, and other special events, outfitted in the elegance of a fine hotel.
